The only issues I had was the courtesy cleaning. My vehicle didn’t appear to be cleaned properly. Not that I’m asking for a full detail but I figured if I’m spending almost $1200, my vehicle shouldn’t appear to look as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I won’t let this experience sway me from conducting business with this company. I would like for a better detail or cleaning service be provided to its customers, especially when this is the dealership and not some shade tree shop.
Never been to a dealership that had so much pride in their customer service, dealt with Marc in-service on my Bentley Bentayga He was very professional and really cared about taking care of my vehicle.I would highly recommend using them

SALES EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT
Brandon Gray was so helpful in getting me into my new Levante. He listened to what I wanted and went to bat for me on price point. When he delivered the vehicle to me, he was happy to set up the various hi tech features and explain the many functions. York Mauritz in the finance department, sent me all the paperwork via email and walked me through the necessary forms explaining the numbers, etc. The entire transaction with Maserati Jax was very professional.

I have to give 2 stars to the parts department and partially to Maserati itself if I was informed correctly. Ordered an HVAC control and spare key in early April. Came in the pick-up and get key programmed. Parts ordered wrong key so wasted trip, but picked up HVAC control. Learned of another way to fix the sticky button issue Maserati has, and decided to wait until i get correct key to return. never was called ...
